EMERA was stopped for 2 years at the yard “Nautica Cala Galera S.p.a” because of restructuration’s works.
It has been made a partial reconstruction of the inside guest’s room and a total one of crew’s zone.
Instead for what concern the external part it has been renovated the old windows.
Subsequently it has been made a total replacement of electronic instruments concerning navigation and communication.
Moreover, Emera has new accommodation of anchors, chain lengths and also new Hydraulic gangplank, staircase and new desalinator and fuel purifier Alfa Laval.
It has been rebuilt also hydraulic stern awning, then a partial review of inboard engine and total of turbine.
Progressively between 2008/2012 it has been completely painted the hull and superstructure with AWLGRIP.
There has been also a reconstruction of generator’s zone, sandblasting of the room, restructuration with new generators and electrical system converted in central electrical room with manual and electrical commands.
Finally, new deck in Teak and new warping winches awning.
